Admission Requirements

1. Paying Form & Test Fees

Prospective students are required to pay a registration form and test fee of Rp. 500,000. Payment can be transferred to:

2. Filling & Completing Data

Complete the student registration form by filling out the required information. This can be done via the physical form or the online registration form

3. Preparing Files & Documents

Prepare the following documents:

  • Student Data Form
  • Recent Photographs:
    • Size: 2×3 (4 pcs), 3×4 (4 pcs), 4×6 (2 pcs)
    • Attire: School uniform
    • Background colors:
      • Red: Primary (SD)
      • Blue: Middle Secondary (SMP)
      • Grey: Senior Secondary (SMA)
  • Family Card:
    • 1 Scan/Color Copy (original must be presented for verification)
  • Report Card:
    • 1 Set of Legalized Scan/Color Copies of the report card from TK/SD/SMP
  • STTB Certificate:
    • 2 Legalized Copies of SD or SMP STTB (Certificate of Completion)
  • NISN Validation:
    • NISN (National Student Identification Number) must be validated and legalized by the previous school.
