Admission Requirements

1. Paying Form & Test Fees
Prospective students are required to pay a registration form and test fee of Rp. 500,000. Payment can be transferred to:

2. Filling & Completing Data
Complete the student registration form by filling out the required information. This can be done via the physical form or the online registration form


3. Preparing Files & Documents
Prepare the following documents:
- Student Data Form
- Recent Photographs:
- Size: 2×3 (4 pcs), 3×4 (4 pcs), 4×6 (2 pcs)
- Attire: School uniform
- Background colors:
- Red: Primary (SD)
- Blue: Middle Secondary (SMP)
- Grey: Senior Secondary (SMA)
- Family Card:
- 1 Scan/Color Copy (original must be presented for verification)
- Report Card:
- 1 Set of Legalized Scan/Color Copies of the report card from TK/SD/SMP
- STTB Certificate:
- 2 Legalized Copies of SD or SMP STTB (Certificate of Completion)
- NISN Validation:
- NISN (National Student Identification Number) must be validated and legalized by the previous school.
