Excursion Day to Taman Safari Bogor

On Thursday, October 2nd, 2025, the students of Al-Taqwa College Indonesia Primary School went on an exciting Excursion Day to Taman Safari Bogor. The trip aimed to provide a fun and educational experience where students could explore the wonders of nature and wildlife firsthand.

From the moment the buses arrived at the gate, excitement filled the air. Students cheerfully held their banners, smiled brightly for group photos, and eagerly began their safari adventure. Accompanied by their teachers and guides, they enjoyed close encounters with a wide variety of animals — from mighty lions and tall giraffes to playful elephants and colorful birds.

During the safari tour, students learned about animal habitats, behaviors, and conservation efforts. The experience inspired them to appreciate the beauty of Allah’s creations and to develop a sense of care and responsibility toward the environment.

After the safari journey, students enjoyed a series of amazing animal shows — including the Elephant Show, Dolphin Show, Tiger Show, and other wildlife performances. Each show combined education and entertainment, teaching the children about the animals’ intelligence, instincts, and special abilities in a fun and interactive way. The students were truly amazed and clapped enthusiastically at every performance!

Another memorable moment was when some students had the chance to interact directly with reptiles — holding snakes and lizards under teacher supervision. It was both thrilling and educational, helping them overcome fear and build confidence.

The day was filled with joy, laughter, and meaningful learning experiences. Through this excursion, students not only had fun but also strengthened their friendship, teamwork, and appreciation for nature.

By organizing activities like this, Al-Taqwa College Indonesia continues to nurture well-rounded learners — children who are knowledgeable, caring, and spiritually grounded.

Journey of the Beloved SAW Reliving the Sirah, Reviving the Love

On Thursday, September 4, 2025, Al Taqwa College Indonesia held a beautiful and meaningful celebration of the Mawlid of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). The event carried the theme:

“Journey of the Beloved SAW”
with the message: “Reliving the Sirah, Reviving the Love”

This event was a moment to express our gratitude, love, and respect for the birth of the Prophet Muhammad SAW — the best role model for all humanity.

Even though the celebration of Mawlid is not directly mentioned in the Qur’an, the spirit of honoring the Prophet is clearly encouraged.

Allah says in the Qur’an:

“And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.”
(Surah Al-Anbiya: 107)

This verse reminds us that the Prophet SAW is a blessing for all of creation. Celebrating his birth is a way of thanking Allah for sending him to us.

The Prophet Muhammad SAW also said:

“Whoever loves my sunnah, loves me. And whoever loves me will be with me in Paradise.”
(Hadith – Tirmidhi)

This Hadith teaches us that loving the Prophet means following his life, values, and character.

The Mawlid is more than a tradition. It is a time to:

  • Show our love and thankfulness for the birth of the Prophet Muhammad SAW
  • Learn and follow the noble character of the Prophet as our perfect example
  • Strengthen unity among Muslims through shared spiritual activities

The event began with a warm welcome from the Master of Ceremony and was attended by teachers, staff, parents, invited guests, and of course, our beloved students.

  • Student Performances

The celebration was full of joyful and spiritual performances from students, including:

  • Beautiful poetry readings
  • Heart-touching nasheed (Islamic songs)
  • Inspiring drama and storytelling about the life of the Prophet SAW
  • The Bazaar – Trade with the Sunnah Spirit

Another exciting part of the event was the food bazaar, run entirely by the students themselves. They sold various delicious foods, including traditional Indonesian and Chinese dishes.

This activity aimed to teach students the values of honesty and kindness in trading, just like the Prophet Muhammad SAW — who was known as a trustworthy and noble businessman.

The purpose for this Bazaar to practice the Prophet’s values in honest, kind, and respectful trading

All proceeds from the bazaar were donated to AKSI – Aliansi Kemanusiaan Indonesia ,to support our brothers and sisters in Palestine. This taught our students the importance of empathy, compassion, and helping those in need.

  • Special Religious lectures by Syeikh Dr. Muhyiddin Abdurrazaq Shiddiq Mizawiyyah Ad-Dimasyqy.

The highlight of the event was the inspiring Islamic lecture delivered by Syeikh Dr. Muhyiddin Abdurrazaq Shiddiq Mizawiyyah Ad-Dimasyqy.

He reminded us all to:

“Deepen our love for the Prophet SAW and strive to live by his teachings in our daily lives.”

His words touched the hearts of everyone present. With full spirit and devotion, we pray:May we always be recognized as the true followers of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and receive his intercession (shafa’ah) on the Day of Judgment.”

This Mawlid celebration at Al Taqwa College Indonesia was not only a remembrance of history but also a spiritual journey to grow our love and connection to the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

With the theme:

“Journey of the Beloved SAW”
“Reliving the Sirah, Reviving the Love”

May this event inspire us all to follow in his footsteps — with sincerity, love, and purpose.

Inspiring Love and Pride for Bahasa Indonesia Among Secondary Students of Al Taqwa College Indonesia

Bogor, 28 October 2025

In commemoration of Hari Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian Language Day), the Secondary Department of Al Taqwa College Indonesia proudly held a vibrant and meaningful celebration filled with fun competitions, cultural spirit, and joyful learning.

The event, which took place on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, aimed to encourage love and pride for Bahasa Indonesia not only among Indonesian students but also among international students who are part of the diverse Al Taqwa community. A Day of Excitement, Learning, and Cultural Appreciation

From the morning, the school atmosphere was filled with excitement. Students wore red-and-white attributes symbolizing the Indonesian flag, while the campus was decorated with posters and banners promoting the beauty of the national language.

The event began with the solemn reading of Pancasila by selected students, followed by a lively series of competitions including:

  • Bahasa Indonesia Speech Contest,

What made this celebration even more special was the active participation of international students, who were required to communicate and perform entirely in Bahasa Indonesia. Their enthusiasm and courage in using the language gained admiration and applause from teachers and peers alike.

It’s amazing to see our international students confidently delivering speeches and joining spelling competitions in Bahasa Indonesia. This shows how language can unite us across cultures,” said one of the teachers proudly.

Unity in Diversity Through Language

The event not only served as a competition but also as a platform to promote cross-cultural understanding and friendship. Indonesian students helped their international friends with pronunciation and vocabulary, showing the true spirit of cooperation and unity.

Throughout the day, laughter and cheers echoed across the school hall as students supported one another. Teachers, too, took part in the fun by giving short quizzes and awarding small prizes to the most enthusiastic participants.
